Can my dogs be present at the time of service?

• Of course! As long as your pet friend is happy to have us in their yard.

Do I need to be present at time of service?

• No, we pride ourselves on clear communication. We will text you the night before service with our approximate arrival time, and we will text you a photo of your closed and secure gate when the job is complete.

What about bad weather? Will you still come out?

• Yes we will come out during all types of weather (as long as it is safe). We will contact you if the weather forces us to reschedule.

What if I would like to cancel or pause service?
